be concerned with 是“關心、掛念”的意思；be concerned about sth 是“關心某事”的意思，另外be concerned about 還有擔憂某事的意思，而be concerned with沒有。

1、be concerned with 關心；參與，干預；相干

例如：

Scholars and researchers should not be concerned with whether their work makes a contribution to the larger society.

學者們和研究者們不用考慮他們的工作是否會對社會有所貢獻。

Is the health of the community we should be concerned with.

社會的健康才是我們應該關心的。

2、be concerned about 關心，掛念…… /擔憂……

例如：

This aggression is the real issue the world should be concerned about.We want to keep that in focus.

這次侵略才是世界應該關注的真正問題。我們想繼續(xù)保持關注。

It is smart and responsible to be concerned about and prepared for hurricanes.

這是聰明和負責任地關心和颶風的準備。
